Our Programs
The beginner tennis program will introduce fundamental skills to individuals new to the sport. It covers basic instruction on grip, footwork, and strokes like forehand and backhand. It incorporates drills, games, and simple strategies to help participants gradually develop their tennis abilities.
The intermediate tennis program is designed for players who have acquired basic skills and are ready to advance to a higher level. It includes refining techniques, improving consistency, and introducing more complex strategies. The Intermediate program involves competitive play, advanced drills, and specialized coaching to help players enhance their overall game and prepare for higher levels of competition if desired.
The advanced tennis program is designed for skilled players seeking to fine-tune their game. It includes intense drills, specialized coaching for advanced techniques, strategic training for competitive play, and physical conditioning tailored to high-level performance. The focus is on refining skills and tactics to compete at an elite level.
The ladies league team tennis sessions consist of weekly training sessions where team members practice together to improve their skills, strategies, and teamwork. In addition to training, the team competes in league matches on a weekly basis against other teams in the league. These sessions provide an opportunity for team bonding, skill development, and strategic planning, preparing the players for competitive matches while fostering a supportive team environment.
Cardio tennis classes are high-energy group workouts that combine tennis drills with aerobic exercises. They typically involve dynamic drills, footwork exercises, and tennis-specific movements set to music, aiming to improve cardiovascular fitness, agility, and tennis skills simultaneously. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and provide a fun and social way to stay active while practicing tennis skills.
Socials are matchplay sessions where players engage in friendly matches set up by the coaches. Players will rotate partners and courts, facing off against different opponents. These sessions offer a dynamic environment for players to improve their game, socialise, and receive guidance from coaches in a less formal setting.
