Our Programs
In our U8 Junior Padel Program, kids will learn foundational skills such as hand-eye coordination, racket control, basic footwork, and understanding court positioning. Through age-appropriate activities and games, they’ll also develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. Our focus is on making learning fun and accessible, setting the stage for a lifetime of enjoyment in the sport of Padel.
In our Under 12 Padel Program, young athletes will learn the essential skills and techniques of Padel, including proper grip, footwork, strokes, and game strategies. Through engaging drills and games, they’ll develop coordination, agility, and decision-making abilities crucial for success on the court. Our experienced coaches emphasise teamwork, fair play, and enjoyment of the game, fostering a positive learning environment where children can grow both as players and individuals.
In our Under 16 Padel Program, young players will delve into the intricacies of the game, refining their technique, strategy, and mental fortitude. Through tailored coaching sessions and match play, participants will develop a deeper understanding of Padel fundamentals, including shot selection, positioning, and court awareness. Our experienced coaches focus on honing individual skills while fostering a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship among players. Additionally, participants will learn valuable lessons in communication, decision-making, and resilience, essential both on and off the court.
Lesson types
1 coach: 1 Player
One on one coaching sessions are the most effective and productive for players development
whether you are a beginner or a professional player. This provides personalised feedback and
corrections.
1 Coach: 2 Players
Semi-private sessions are a good opportunity to work on technical and individual skills whilst sharing
the court with a friend to develop on court skill development
1 Coach: 3-6 Players
A group class involves multiple participants developing and participating in various drills, exercises
and match situations in order to develop their game ready for the match court
1 Coach: 8 players
A group of players organised into singles or doubles matches. This will be run as timed matches with
rotations at the end of each match in order to play against multiple people.
