Payment Terms & Rescheduling Policies:

Term Clients (Players who wish to play on a fixed schedule on a term basis):

  • Prepayment is required for the term in order to guarantee the day, time slot, and coach throughout the term.

Cancelation & Rescheduling for Private & Semi Private sessions (1 or 2 players):

  • Cancelation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance by all participants. Failure to inform your coach will result in being charged the full lesson rate.
  • No make-up sessions can be carried over to the following term
  • All rescheduling requests must be sent via WhatsApp and or email to the respective coach at least 24 hours in advance

Cancelation & Rescheduling for group sessions (3-6 players) :

  • Cancelation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance by all participants. Failure to inform your coach will result in being charged the full lesson rate.
  • All rescheduling requests must be sent via WhatsApp and or email to the respective coach at least 24 hours in advance
  • Make-up sessions are arranged with your coach / head coach and capped at 3 make-up sessions per term.
  • No make-up sessions can be carried over to the following term.

Pay as you go Clients:

  • Private & Semi Private sessions are available on a pay as you go basis
  • Cancelation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance

Junior & Adult Program:

  • Prepayment is required for the term for all Junior groups & Adult group sessions. Failure to inform your coach will result in being charged the full lesson rate.
  • Pay as you go option available on Adult Socials .
  • Make-up sessions are subject to availability. Dates will be provided by the coaches.
  • Maximum of 3 make-up sessions per term.
  • All make-up sessions must take place within the term period, and are arranged with your coach.
  • No make-up sessions can be carried over to the following term.

Refunds:

  • If you are unable to continue your Tennis Lessons due to medical reasons, you will need to provide a letter from your doctor clearly stating exercise restriction prior to being given the refund.
  • Payments are not refunded under any other circumstances. If your coach is no longer with our company, or on vacation, or on a sick leave, we will provide you with a new coach who is suitable to your needs.

Disclaimer - Terms and conditions

Liability clause:

Premier Sports Academy shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in our tennis programs. Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with tennis activities, and by enrolling, they release Premier sports academy and its staff from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of such participation.

Photography and Videography clause:

Premier sports academy reserves the right to photograph and/or video record participants during tennis events and activities. By enrolling, participants grant Premier sports academy the permission to use these photographs and/or video recordings for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and printed materials. If you have concerns about your image being used, please notify us in writing in advance to info@premiersportsacademy.ae
