Head Heart Legs

Introducing our “Head Heart Legs” approach. This approach encompasses the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of athletic development, ensuring our athletes are well-rounded and prepared for success both on and off the court.

“Head” refers to mental strength and strategic thinking. It encompasses a player’s ability to analyse the game, anticipate their opponent’s moves, and make tactical decisions on the court.

This mental aspect of the game involves staying focused, maintaining composure under pressure, and adapting strategies based on the flow of the match.

“Legs” refers to physical fitness and agility on the court. It encompasses a player’s speed, strength, and endurance, allowing them to move quickly, reach difficult shots, and sustain their performance throughout a match.

Strong legs are essential for powerful serves, explosive movements, and maintaining balance during rallies, contributing significantly to a player’s overall effectiveness on the court.

“Heart” embodies the emotional and psychological resilience of a player. It represents their passion, determination, and ability to stay motivated even in challenging situations.

A player’s heart drives their desire to win, fuels their perseverance through adversity, and fosters a deep connection to the game, enabling them to give their all on the court.
