Head Heart Legs
“Head” refers to mental strength and strategic thinking. It encompasses a player’s ability to analyse the game, anticipate their opponent’s moves, and make tactical decisions on the court.
This mental aspect of the game involves staying focused, maintaining composure under pressure, and adapting strategies based on the flow of the match.
“Legs” refers to physical fitness and agility on the court. It encompasses a player’s speed, strength, and endurance, allowing them to move quickly, reach difficult shots, and sustain their performance throughout a match.
Strong legs are essential for powerful serves, explosive movements, and maintaining balance during rallies, contributing significantly to a player’s overall effectiveness on the court.
“Heart” embodies the emotional and psychological resilience of a player. It represents their passion, determination, and ability to stay motivated even in challenging situations.
A player’s heart drives their desire to win, fuels their perseverance through adversity, and fosters a deep connection to the game, enabling them to give their all on the court.

Lesson types
1 coach: 1 Player
One on one coaching sessions are the most effective and productive for players development
whether you are a beginner or a professional player. This provides personalised feedback and
corrections.
1 Coach: 2 Players
Semi-private sessions are a good opportunity to work on technical and individual skills whilst sharing
the court with a friend to develop on court skill development
1 Coach: 3-6 Players
A group class involves multiple participants developing and participating in various drills, exercises
and match situations in order to develop their game ready for the match court
1 Coach: 8 players
A group of players organised into singles or doubles matches. This will be run as timed matches with
rotations at the end of each match in order to play against multiple people.
